In order to complete a transaction with AgChemical.com, the purchaser has read
and agrees to the following:
AgChemical.com makes every effort possible to maintain the most competitive
position on products listed for sale on the instant quote system. The crop
protection chemical market place can be very volatile with product shortages
and rapidly changing prices. It can become impossible to fill an order as
stated on the instant quote system before product availability and pricing are
confirmed. AgChemical.com reserves the right to cancel an order due to the
circumstances listed above.
AgChemical.com is a non-bias provider of agricultural pesticides.
AgChemical.com does not make recommendations of specific chemicals to use or
give any advice concerning the rate of use of a product. The manufacturer of
the products sold by AgChemical.com guarantee the performance of their products
as stated on their EPA approved product label.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser of the product to adhere to all
local, state and federal laws concerning the purchase of agricultural
pesticides. The purchaser or the purchaser’s applicator agrees to apply the
products according to the manufacturer’s label. The label is the law. They must
maintain the appropriate licenses required by their respective state in order
to purchase and apply the product.
AgChemical.com is licensed to sell general use and restricted use pesticides in
the following states; AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY,
LA, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI,
SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY. AgChemical.com may sell general use
pesticides only in ME, NH, and CT.
AgChemical.com strictly follows all state licensing laws and regulations
concerning the sale of pesticides for agricultural use. AgChemical.com
maintains all pesticide sales records according to state regulations including
the customer’s restricted use pesticide license number, commercial applicator
license number, or dealer/broker license number. All reports required by the
state agriculture departments concerning the sale of agricultural pesticides
are filed according to the individual state requirements.

members. The registration form requires the user to provide personal contact
information with an option to update the profile. This information is used by
AgChemical.com to communicate with its members concerning promotions, customer
purchases, shipping issues or banking concerns. All individual registration
information is owned by AgChemical.com and will not be released to any third
party. All information that is recorded in the process of a sale including but
not limited to product, quantity, and purchaser profile will be made available
to regulatory officials, law enforcement officials, or other governmental
officials in order to meet legal requirements or in the event of an emergency.
AgChemical.com members will be given the option to be removed from future
attempts to notify them of special promotions by e-mail. All financial
information used to complete an e-commerce transaction on the website and
transfer funds to or from a member’s bank account or credit card data is
encrypted throughout the process. Members who complete transactions on-line
will receive an e-mail confirming the purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with the way AgChemical.com uses your personal profile
information, you can request to be removed from the database.
The member profile information database is considered an asset of the company.
In the event AgChemical.com is sold, the member profile information database is
one business asset that could be transferred.
