Internet website specializing in the sale of agricultural chemicals. The site began
operation by providing the first real-time live auctions of crop protection chemicals.
The instant bid system was created in the summer of 1999 and has evolved into the
AgChemical.com real-time shopping cart chemical marketplace today.
AgChemical.com LLC is headquartered in Cary, NC outside of Raleigh. We are licensed
as a restricted use pesticide dealer in 45 states (see the RUP license map on the
homepage). We have developed business relationships with an extensive network of
suppliers throughout the U.S. This allows AgChemical.com to provide its customers
with the best possible prices with the lowest shipping rates. Orders are shipped
directly to the customer’s location via the most cost effective and appropriate
method. UPS, FedEx Ground, and motor freight carriers are utilized to deliver product
directly to the customer's location. The product quality is guaranteed, and the
shipment is normally delivered in 3 to 5 business days.

received is not to the individual’s satisfaction in terms of age, condition, or
damage as a result of transportation, AgChemical.com will replace the product.
